Corporate inbound marketing campaign featuring partner companies to visual the partnership program RTI has. Served as an attention grabber during NRF 2025, the largest retail technology show in the USA. This campaign successfully engaged clients, and thoughtfully provided them with a memorable experience and takeaway co-branded YETI rambler to take home with them. This project created a safe space for new client relationships to flourish and also embellish our influential midwestern roots.





Problem
RTI was a legacy retail technology provider with a fragmented brand identity and little internal marketing infrastructure. As the company matured, so did the need for a cohesive voice, elevated visuals, and a more strategic approach to communication—both internally and externally.
Process
As the in-house Marketing and Brand Design Manager, I built RTI’s marketing function from the ground up. I led brand refinement, content strategy, and the development of sales and trade show assets while modernizing our digital presence. I introduced structured workflows for design and messaging, implemented HubSpot for automation, and unified touchpoints across teams to align with a clearer brand vision.
Result
The rebrand and marketing shift reestablished RTI’s presence in the competitive retail tech space. Trade show performance improved, internal teams gained tools to communicate more clearly, and our partnerships grew stronger with a more confident, polished presence. The brand now reflects the precision, trust, and capability that RTI delivers in every engagement.
